Bad smell, great customer service August 02, 2012
The cleanser itself seemed fine, but I wasn't able to get past the overpowering smell that made my stomach turn. Customer service was great and replaced it for me with another product within a couple of days, so thumbs up for that.

I like how this product smells, but it caused my face to break out in acne. Much too oily.

Causing Breakouts? May 26, 2012
I've always had very dry skin, even during my teens. In the last 30 days have started using this cleanser and the Radiance Day Lotion SPF 15. Since then I have been having significant & persistent breakouts. I've tried just the cleanser, with no lotion and different cleanser, with the lotion - no change. Only when I stop using both does my skin clear up. Maybe it's the royal jelly? Also the fragrance is a little strong.
