Due to a cold my lips had become painfully dry and cracked. I bought the Rejuvenating with Acai at a local store. Immediate relief! After only two applications my lips no longer hurt. After one day of sporadic use, there were no more cracks or rough spots at all. Thank you! This product has earned a permanent spot in my purse.

Feels Good, Smells Terrible January 16, 2012
This lip balm is nice and smooth like all of Burt's Bees formulas, which is why I have given it two stars, but it tastes and smells like grape baby aspirin. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

I love this Balm and the Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter. Softens my lips, smells great and doesn't have a waxy feel . I've already bought a couple extra of each one.
