i cant believe people dont like the smell of this stuff. it is strong, but still pleasant. its an interesting smell. very strongly of grape , mixed wit floral honey. big surprise huh? it has an interesting feel when u first put it on, i think its the glycerin. but it absorbs quite fast and your hands will drink it in and just love it . it is not greasy at all, and i think its the perfect consistancy not too heavy

First time I bought it and I love it. It is thick and creamy and makes my very dry hands feel great! I have to reorder now as I am just about out! Love the smell also.

It's really too bad. August 10, 2010
I am sorry to say that I really hated this hand creme. Sure it was moisturizing and nourishing but I just could not get past the awful smell. I really hated it the moment I put it on my hands. It reminded me of my middle school cafeteria. Which really kind of stinks. I tried to tough it out because I liked how good it worked on my dry hands. But after the second application I couldnt take it any longer. I passed it on to my older sister who is a burts bees novice who didnt mind the smell. I was very disappointed because it was the biggest of the only four full-size things you get in the grab bag from this site. Sadly it was also the end of my 'no dislikes strike'. This was the first and only product to date that I havent liked from Burt's Bees. It was a sad end to a beautiful thing. Nevertheless, I still trust Burt's Bees, their products are fantastic and I don't know what I would use without them. I'm sure I'll find another hand creme with no difficulty at all. I trust myself, my money, and the well-being of my moody skin to Burt's Bees.
