AWFUL! May 15, 2012

"new and improved" version is just plain awful, I will never buy this product again, bring back the old version! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Take a hint. May 06, 2012

I loved the old version of this - and would give it 5/5 stars, it smelled great year round and even though the price was a bit expensive I'd still pay it because the product was great. The new stuff is terrible, DON'T waste your time or money until they bring back the old formula. Just as a side note, a lot of the negative reviews I've read on other lotion products are because somewhere along the lines the formulas are changing and not for the better. hint-hint.

Not as good as the original April 30, 2012

I loved the original body butter...the thick butter texture that melted on your skin and the sweet honey scent. The original moisturized my dry legs and arms during the winter and left a nice fresh scent on my body during the spring and summer. It worked great at moisturizing my legs after shaving. I REALLY want the original body butter back. I won't buy the "new and improved" version again. I don't like the smell, the texture, or the way it feels on my skin. I use several Burt's Bees products and this is the only product that left me highly disappointed.

BB: Why mess with a good thing?? April 05, 2012

Why mess with a good thing? The new honey and shea body butter sits on my skin and doesn't have the sweet honey smell of its predecesor. I have a serious excema problem and the new stuff just isn't cutting it. The perfumes in the new butter irritate my skin and the butter doesn't penetrate. BB's products have always been so good. This one clearly misses the mark. Bring the old butter back, even if it will cost me a bit more.
