new formula is terrible! February 22, 2011

I have used this for so long and was always able to count on this product to be consistently wonderful. Alas! It has become something that doesn't even resemble the former great product. My first reaction to my splurge - and it IS a splurge for me - this night cream - was "it looks like my mom's cheap hair balm!" "It smells like it too!" Ick. So disappointed in this. It used to look like and smell like a bee product. Now it looks and smells like cheap dime store gunk.

Dislike New Formula February 19, 2011

The new formula is so dramatically different than the old formula I have been using for years. It feels different, looks different, and smells very different. I am most disappointed in that it does not smell or seem natural anymore. Some stores still have some of the old formula if you look carefully. I have had success with the box that has web information on the bottom (where the new formula has a blank bottom) and as others have pointed out: the old formula has the silver top, where the new formula has a white top. I am trying to stock up on the old formula before I sadly begin my search for a new moisturizer elsewhere.

Why did you mess with perfection? February 09, 2011

I am so upset! I have used this product for at least two years, after searching for years for the perfect facial cream. I loved this product, and told everyone I knew about it. It was perfect for dry or oily skin. What happened?? The packaging changed - much cheaper...that I can handle, but the cream is totally different. It used to smell great and it could be applied easily. It also used to have a pearl color to it, and the new color is a great reflection of how bland and greasy this new product is. I can not stand the smell!! Why would you mess with perfection?
