I will never use another kind of face wash! October 04, 2011
I have incredibly sensitive skin and always end up with itchy red marks when I wash my face. I have tried nearly every sensitive face wash on the market and none of them have worked for me. Either they still react with my skin or they don't get my face clean enough. I am a member of BzzAgent and was asked to test the new Burt's Bee Sensitive line a week ago. I LOVE it. I don't have redness or irritation. No flaking skin and my face looks clean and dewy all the time now. Great product. I will never switch to anything else. It may not be for everyone but it's the best for me!

Ehh... It's OK. September 23, 2011
I thought this product was innovative in that it did not have any soap in it. So, I decided to give it a try. I think it does cleanse your skin since it removes all the oil, but you don't get the "ahhhh" feeling after because there is no soap. If there are people who are really sensitive to products' fragrance, you will love this. Other Burt's Bees products do not irritate my skin, so I am not sure if I will purchase this product again since other ones do not give me any trouble.

Extremely Soothing September 05, 2011
I am an avid user of all things Burts Bees, and although, I am not sure how I feel about the current changes they are making to a slew of their products, they got it right with the new Sensitive Skin line. I have dry, sensitive, redness prone skin, and this does not dry out my skin or live it red in any way. It removes my makeup (tinted moisturizer) and eye makeup, and leaves my face feeling smooth and clean. It does not irritate my skin at all. I alternate between this and the Orange Essence Facial Cleanser. I love them both!

The reason I give this product 2 stars is because I find, for myself, that this cleanser leaves the skin with that not so clean feeling. In other words, it feels like I applied a facial cream to my face during and after using this product. Your skin will still feel the product on your face after you rinse and dry you face. Also, I like cleansers that suds up and gets lathery, so I can feel the dirt and oils being cleansed off my skin, and the sensitive facial cleanser of Burt's Bees does not lather up, nor does it get sudsy in any way.

Wet face and apply cleanser with fingertips or wet washcloth. Massage gently, avoiding contact with the eye area. Rinse thoroughly. Pat skin dry. For best results, follow with Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream in the morning and Sensitive Night Cream in the evening.
