I'm in my early twenties now, and since I was a teenager I've had persistent, but not out of control, acne. Other cleansers have always left my face feeling tight afterwards, and I'd have to slather on lotion, which made my face oily. This cleanser doesn't leave my face feeling dry; instead my skin feels soft and moisturized without feeling oily. The tingly feeling the menthol leaves is super refreshing, and my skin actually looks brighter afterwards. I've been combining it with the Rose Water Toner and the Radiance Day/Night Cremes, and am loving how my skin is looking!

Best Cleanser Ever September 03, 2012
I have problems with my skin: breakouts, oily, dry, sensitive. Most cleansers I have tried have made these problems worse. I figured I would try this after seeing a review on Youtube channel (BlackLabLover9). I fell in love with this product. My skin actually improved after using this. My skin is not as oily as it used to be, I do not breakout as much, and my skin is moisturized. I use this to take off my makeup at night and it does a great job. The smell is very nice and soothing. It does tingle a little, but it does not hurt. It is a soothing tingle.

Great for taking off makeup and no breakouts! August 25, 2012
I usually purchase products by what the customers have to say about the product. I mean who better to judge right? I will carefully screen the product I'm interested in and usually find if it is something I want to make an investment in. This was a great investment based on reviews of other customers on this website. I have very oily acne prone skin and I have to be careful on what I use on it. Just because it's natural does not mean it works for every skin type. This does. It does an excellent job of removing makeup at the end of the day, making my face feel fresh and clean. I follow it up with the tomato toner and go to bed happy. While my skin continues to break out (i.e., before and after my period, and I haven't found a product yet to stop that, because of the hormones) going with Burt's Bees products was one of the smartest decisions I have made for my face and body. I use a lot of their stuff, and am disappointed they discontinued their tomato and carrot soaps, I still love their products. Everyone's skin is different so what works for me may not be ideal for others. But since I have had acne at 21 and am now 38, and have tried everything under the sun, these truly are the best products I have ever used for my oily sensitive skin.

Best Face Wash Ever July 24, 2012
I LOVE THIS FACE WASH!!! it makes my skin feel sooooo clean!!! In the winter, i still need to follow with a moisturizer, but it is very great all on its own too!
