I've been using this product for about 3 years, and I truly love it. I have somewhat sensitive and breakout-prone skin, and any time my face is red and irritated, this cleanser soothes it perfectly!

used this awhile ago then switched around between other facial cleansers before coming back to this one. just like previous reviews said, don't get it in your eyes - the menthol can be strong then! but I love this product; I have combination skin and it's done more to combat my breakouts and calm my skin to an even tone than any other facial cleanser I've used. cheers burt's bees!

BEST face wash ever August 23, 2011
I got this on a whim at the store because I love Burt's Bees products so much. I have never made a better purchase. This is wonderfully gentle, but it cleans very deeply - it cleared up my acne overnight! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
