The results make up for the smell. January 08, 2012

This is the only Burts product I can't stand the smell of. My hair has been bleached countless times that made it brittle. This product made it nice and soft. Besides the smell, this works amazingly!

LOVE Avocado Hair Butter! December 29, 2011

I accidentally discovered Avocado Butter in a trial assortment. It should be on the 10 Best in the World list. I have been using it daily for at least 9 years. I use after towel drying my hair as hair gel. It took a few attempts to get the correct amount. I have told many others about it. I am always complimented on how great my hair looks & smells - even after 10 hours!! Sometimes the total stranger compliment is a little odd, but that's just another testament to what an excellent product this is!!

LOVE IT December 26, 2011

I've been using burt's avocado butter for years and have yet to find a better hair treatment that can last through hard water AND oily skin (which I have). I am finding it is hard to find in stores, but if its available online--then I know where to find it now! :-)

This product smells great, makes my hair suuuuuper soft, and even makes it easier to brush! If you knew how scraggly my hair can get, you would be nodding your head with approval right now.

Massage a generous amount (amount will depend on the length of your hair) of the treatment into wet hair and scalp, and comb through from your scalp to your hair's ends. Leave the treatment on your hair for at least 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes for maximum conditioning. Shampoo and rinse well. Use weekly.
