Daily Use on Dry Ends December 22, 2010
I have extremely fine hair that breaks easily. I use the Burt's Bees Pomegranite Shampoo and Conditioner on a daily basis. Before blow drying my hair, I put a really small drop of this Avocado Hair Treament on my fingertips and touch them to just the ends of my hair. It works great to give extra strength to the ends without weighing them down or making them greasy. The key is "less is better" but it works great for me. It is also a wonderful product when used as directed on a weekly basis.

Hydrates Over 40 Hair December 20, 2010
Like many women over 40, my hair can get extremely dry, looking dull and frizzy. This product solves those problems. My one issue with it is that it contains lanolin, which is sheep fat. Lanolin is in this avocado pretreatment as well as in several other Burt's Bees products. Lanolin is of course natural. However, I think Burt's Bees would do better without animal fats in its products.

Just the extra moisture i needed for a dry winter scalp. Just wish i had 15 mins to let it fully work on my hair.

Massage a generous amount (amount will depend on the length of your hair) of the treatment into wet hair and scalp, and comb through from your scalp to your hair's ends. Leave the treatment on your hair for at least 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes for maximum conditioning. Shampoo and rinse well. Use weekly.
