Why are the toothpastes being discontinued?

We are discontinuing our line of toothpastes based on a combination of ingredient supply challenges and limited consumer demand. This choice hasn’t been easy for us, as we know many people have come to rely on this product.

Can I still purchase remaining toothpastes? And where?

Yes, you can still purchase the toothpastes in the Burt’s Bees online outlet or at your local Whole Foods Market while supplies last. We expect the supply of our line of toothpastes to dwindle over the next 2-3 months.

Will there be a new line of Toothpastes launched?

At this time, we are not planning on reformulating our line of toothpastes or introducing any new dental care products.

too runny April 14, 2010

I got the sample. I didn't like the flavor, and when I put it on the toothbrush to use in a few minutes, it had all run off. I didn't care for the flavor either. Seems to do a good job, but I won't purchase a regular sized tube. If they come out with a new flavor, I'll try it again.

Tried the free sample! April 10, 2010

My family usually uses the other name brand toothpastes, but I have sensitivity. The Burt's Bees Multicare toothpaste is delicious and most importantly, cleans my teeth! My mouth felt fresh for hours.

Not only for teeth! April 08, 2010

I love All Burts Bees products... Almost. This is A very Good one and i do like it. I would absoulutely reccomened this to a friend. It is Wonderful! It has a very good taste and i use it for something else beside my teeth! Jewelry! Yes , jewelry it works great i use my tooothbrush to clean all my sterling ang diamonds and they are always sparkly it may sound ridiculous but its not! AND it has a very reasonable price! this is by FAR my favorite toothpaste i have ever used!

With caveats April 05, 2010

I was excited to try this toothpaste. But then, I realized that it is not organic at all, as some have stated. Beyond that, it is also not all natural. This toothpaste is only mostly (99.2%) natural. Otherwise, it's a nice toothpaste.
