Why are the toothpastes being discontinued?

We are discontinuing our line of toothpastes based on a combination of ingredient supply challenges and limited consumer demand. This choice hasn’t been easy for us, as we know many people have come to rely on this product.

Can I still purchase remaining toothpastes? And where?

Yes, you can still purchase the toothpastes in the Burt’s Bees online outlet or at your local Whole Foods Market while supplies last. We expect the supply of our line of toothpastes to dwindle over the next 2-3 months.

Will there be a new line of Toothpastes launched?

At this time, we are not planning on reformulating our line of toothpastes or introducing any new dental care products.

Love this product March 23, 2010

I started using the toothpaste as soon as it arrived. Leaves your month and teeth feeling very clean. Going to the dentist and will find out how it works for plaque.

Toothpaste Success! March 19, 2010

Well first off, I love the fact that it's 99.2% organic. But to the product, it's less foamy then others such as Crest or Colgate. Although it leaves my mouth feeling fresh and had a slight whiter appearance after using. I'll have to buy a full bottle instead of the sample size next time (:

Toothpaste is toothpaste March 15, 2010

I have been using a sample that came with my order. I don't see any difference in this toothpaste and other toothpastes. Maybe it is a little less foamy. It is not available in stores in my area so I will use my samples (which I always appreciate getting) and then go back to using my regular toothpaste. Thanks for letting us try new things BB!

New toothpaste March 14, 2010

I really like this toothpaste except for one thing. It has bathroom caulk like consistency. Nice taste, clean teeth. Hard to get out of tube if you have arthritis in your hands.
