Why are the toothpastes being discontinued?

We are discontinuing our line of toothpastes based on a combination of ingredient supply challenges and limited consumer demand. This choice hasn’t been easy for us, as we know many people have come to rely on this product.

Yes, you can still purchase the toothpastes in the Burt’s Bees online outlet or at your local Whole Foods Market while supplies last. We expect the supply of our line of toothpastes to dwindle over the next 2-3 months.

Will there be a new line of Toothpastes launched?

At this time, we are not planning on reformulating our line of toothpastes or introducing any new dental care products.

Gross!! April 20, 2010

This stuff tastes pretty good, but is a HORRIBLE toothpaste. It dissolved in my mouth every time before I was finished brushing my teeth. I felt like I had horrible breath during the day, and that my teeth weren't clean enough. GROSS!

Best Toothpaste I've Ever Used April 03, 2010

This toothpaste is amazing. It leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed. My teeth also feel stronger now that I've been using this toothpaste. I also think that my teeth have gotten whiter. It's just a great product all around. Someone commented earlier that the toothpaste didnt foam up but it foams a little all you have to do is leave that toothpaste bottle sitting on the cap all the time and I think it works better when I do that. I'm not switching to any other toothpaste Burts Bees has got me hooked. I hope in the future Burts bees will come out with a mouthwash free from flouride and alchol. Thanks again for a great product.

great toothpaste March 28, 2010

this leaves your teeth white and felling clean I love the constantancy its nice and thick wont run off toothbrush. Doesnt foam like regular toothpaste so get use to that fells completely different then other toothpastes when using. You will love the end results
