So creamy This facial cleanser was so creamy and easy to use! My skin felt soft after using, not dry! November 2, 2011
Great stuff! For years I have been using baby shampoo as a face wash. Everything else I tried made my face red and itchy. One product, supposedly for sensitive skin, actually made my face weep blood. When I was offered a chance to try Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser, I was hesitant. I tried it on my hands first - no reaction but smooth, nice smelling skin. I tried it on the inside of my elbow overnight - just a dab as an at home patch test. Once again, smooth nice smelling skin. When I took the plunge and tried it on my face, I couldn't believe it! My skin was soft, lightly scented and deliciously clean. It was a miracle! I've been using Burt's Bees for a month now - cleanser and moisturizer - with no reactions other than clearer, more vibrant skin. This stuff is the greatest! November 1, 2011
Great cleanser I really liked this cleanser. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight and dry like most other cleansers do. Because of that I don't have to worry about needing moisturizer if I am in a rush. November 1, 2011
Mostly good I've been using this cleanser for almost a month now. It does do a pretty good job of cleaning the make-up off my face. But I'm still not used to the texture of the product. It does not foam or bubble like a regular cleanser. It is very creamy and you rub it into your skin like a heavy moisturizer. I have not noticed any difference between this cleanser and the Cetaphil I was using, so I'll go back to Cetaphil when I run out of the Burt's Bees because it is less expensive. November 1, 2011

Wet face and apply cleanser with fingertips or wet washcloth. Massage gently, avoiding contact with the eye area. Rinse thoroughly. Pat skin dry. For best results, follow with Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream in the morning and Sensitive Night Cream in the evening.
