Natural over Rx I developed red bumps, inflammed pores on both legs in December and it would get irritated when I wore pants, it would become redder and itchier. As much as possible, I try to avoid OTC and Rx medications but I was getting desperate. I tried Desitin, Lotrimin (thinking it might be fungal), Rxs like Triamcinolone Acetonide Lotion and Ketoconazole cream, changed my body wash all to no relief. Never thought of trying this since I already had this (and Res-Q) on my bathroom counter and thought I might as well give it go. And what do you know? Out of everything I slathered on, in 2 days, this made a huge difference. Today is the 4th day and the red has subsided. I tried this as a last resort and it worked for me. Of course seek out a doctor's opinion first and when all else fails, try this out for yourself. May 12, 2013
Only Day 2 of Use and I'm hooked! I've used BB on my lips in the past, but never ventured into other products. After stumbling across a display in the grocery store, I decided to search out something for my dry, chapped hands because of freq. hand washing. Plus, the winter makes them even worse. Got the sample size of the Hand Salve. I'm going to go back for the larger one! My hands have not been so soft and "un"chapped in a long time. I've used OTC lotions for extremely dry skin only to have the flakiness reappear after the lotion is absorbed. What a FABULOUS product this is. Going forward, I saw some posts about using it on feet. I currently use a Rx from my derm. to help my cracked heels. Will give this salve a try! I LOVE the smell! Rosemary and lavender is what I notice. Nothing wrong with that! April 4, 2013
Good stuff, but... I use this product, because my hands get so dry after washing my baby's bottles and giving her baths and stuff. It's good stuff and it works; however, it's a little hard to put on. I have to push down hard to get anything on my fingers. As far as the smell, it smells like lavender to me. I know other people have said that it smells like medicine. To me, the smell doesn't bother me. November 28, 2012
:) I got this as a gift and was a little hesitant about even opening it because I hate having anything on my hands. They're so dry, but it seems like all lotions make them oily feeling it. But despite it's oily appearance, this stuff is amazing. It actually goes on smoothly and isn't greasy at all. November 1, 2012
