I'm very disappointed in this change. My hair is very, very fine and I had to rinse 3-4 times just to get this stuff out of it. By the end of the day, my hair was virtually flat against my head and greasy feeling. I want the old version back!

I love all BB products and was really looking forward to this product, especially because I love the scent. But that's where the love ends. After one use, I didn't notice much of a difference. After a week of use, my hair started flaking and it felt like it was coated with something waxy. I tried blow-drying, and it helped a little. But then my boar brush started to get the same waxy coating. I tried not using the conditioner and my hair became hard and got a texture I have never had before.

I really like this new shampoo. It's much easier for me to lather through my hair in comparison to the old line of shampoo. The smell is very nice, but not what I was expecting- It smells more like a lemon lime fragrance to me, rather than mango, but it still smells good.

why the heck did it change??!! February 16, 2012

Nothing is more annoying than to find products you like, and before you know it they change the formula. I thought the old formula was great. THIS, however, is not great. It doesn't lather as well, and the conditioner doesn't detangle very well. I am SOOOOO disappointed!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA. I felt clean and shiny before, now I just feel not-so-clean and not as shiny. The only improvement is the scent, as it is not so strong, BUT it doesn't smell like grapefruit anymore, which is disappointing. Overall i think this is the worst change from a company I have ever seen.

Wet hair completely. Massage into scalp and hair, concentrating on the ends and other damaged areas. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary. For best results, follow with Burt’s Bees Super Shiny Conditioner with Mango. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
