Hate the New Formula!! March 27, 2012

I have been using this kind of shampoo and conditioner for years and am in love with it!! but I am very disappointed with the new formula. It doesn't work nearly as well and it doesn't smell good like the old kind. I just bought 5 bottles of the old kind before I cannot find it anymore. Please Burt's Bees bring back the old formula or I will have to find a new shampoo:(

Please bring back the old shampoo formula!! March 25, 2012

I have been using the old version formula and have loved it. I have very fine, thin, hair that tends to frizz and this shampoos made it full of volume, shine and felt soft and bouncy. I just ran out and bought a bottle of your new formula and I am so disappointed! It makes my hair flat, dull, and even a little frizzy even with conditioner! The smell is awful too. I am returning my bottle and needless to say won't be using this one anymore.

Love the old, hate the new March 24, 2012

I love burt's bees products, but I can't say the same for this new formulation. I was relieved to find a wonderful natural shampoo 2 years ago. Since then, I've been a faithful user. My hair even got thicker due to the natural and gentle nature of the shampoo. The old formulation was wonderful and I hope Burt's bees brings it back! This new formulation leaves my hair weighed down and greasy. I can't rinse out the darn shampoo! I'll be forced to find an alternative natural shampoo product, if burt's bees doesn't bring back the old formulation.

Old formula was much better! March 07, 2012

I have been using the old formula of this product since it first came out and loved it. When I recently ran out and had to purchase the new formula kind I was instantly disappointed. This formula feels like it leaves a residue on the hair and doesn't leave it feeling clean. It also doesn't smell as good. The old formula left my hair smelling fresh literally all day long. It's not nearly as volumizing which I need. Overall, unless they bring the old formula back, I will no longer be using this product. Also, not that big of a deal but something I noticed... the old formula and bottle was sold in 12 fl oz and the new one is only 10 fl oz. So you get less product for the same price and it's not nearly as good.
