New Formula disappoints May 02, 2012

My hair is thin and fine. The old formula worked pretty well at giving it some volume. The new formula won't rinse out and leaves my hear limp. I am in the market for a new shampoo. Is there any plan to bring back the new formula?

New formula is awful April 21, 2012

I used the old product and it worked perfectly and I have no idea why Burt's Bees changed the formula. I always had trouble with other shampoos because they would leave my hair oily and greasy. I found Burt's Bees (the old product) and it worked great. My hair looked clean and never looked greasy. Now this new product leaves most of my hair looking like I never even washed my hair.

Better than expected April 20, 2012

With all the negative reviews on this shampoo, I was afraid it would be awful and bought the old formula along with this one. Turns out it's not that bad. I don't have any basis for comparison, though. This is my first sulfate free shampoo. It did what I expected a sulfate free shampoo to do. It cleaned my hair without stripping it of all the natural oils. I find that my hair is a lot easier to style in the morning, doesn't frizz as much, and doesn't get as oily throughout the day. If I don't condition well enough, my hair can get a bit sticky in some areas around the roots. If I blow-dry and brush through them with a natural bristle brush a few times this eventually goes away. Also I don't think the smell is bad, it's pretty subtle. I didn't experience any excessive itchiness either.

HATE new formula! April 19, 2012

I loved the new bottle BUT when I put shampoo on my hair instantly I new something was wrong! The lather was unbelievable. Then, I rinsed and rinsed trying to get it all out. Later that day, I looked in the mirror and my hair was limp! Looked so greasy. I haven't used it again and won't. I use the Color Keeper A LOT and so afraid they are fixing to change that formula too. I will start searching for a new shampoo now so I won't be left with nothing. Do NOT buy this new formula. Burt's Bees, PLEASEEEE go back to the old formula.
