Very disappointed June 30, 2012

I loved the original Very Volumizing Pomegranate Shampoo. It left my hair shiny and clean. I can't use the "improved" version. It leaves my hair dull and heavy, and does not feel like I can fully rense it out. Please don't stop making the old version. It was much better

Please Bring Back Old Formula! June 29, 2012

So disappointed that Burt's Bees decided to change the formula. Why mess with a good thing?! The original was fabulous! Please bring back the old one. I'm going to stock up on the original while they have it, but I guess I'll have to find a new natural shampoo to take it's place.

I'm bummed that this new and improved shampoo is so different from the one I've been using since 2008. I used to wash my hair every other day, maybe every 3rd day because it didn't look greasy until then. But now my hair looks greasy within hours of washing it. Maybe if I had frizzy or curly hair it would work better. For some reason my hair doesn't feel clean even while I'm in the shower washing it. This is more like something I would expect from the moisturizing shampoo. And the scent is not my style either, too fruity funky. I just ordered a couple bottles of the old version from this website to hold me over until I find a new shampoo :( I do like the mango conditioner (super shiny conditioner). That one smells nice.

Why mess with a good thing? June 21, 2012

I am a huge Burt's Bees fan, but have to say the changes you made to this formula really stink....literally. Not only does this "improved" version smell exactly like children's cough syrup, it does nothing for my hair. I thought I had finally found my shampoo with the old formula, but now my search begins again. Please change this formula back!
