Worst shampoo I've ever bought June 20, 2012

I normally love Burt's Bees products, but this was just awful. It made my hair incredibly greasy. Not worth the money.

So disappointed! June 12, 2012

I have been a big fan of Burt's Bees shampoo for years now, but the recent change in formula has ruined the product for me. I've recommended their shampoo to so many people and was delighted at the way it made my hair feel. Not anymore! This shampoo now makes my hair feel heavy and greasy, and like others have said, there is a residue that lingers. I thought maybe this was only a temporary thing and my hair would adjust to it, but it's been over a week now of using the product daily and my hair is just getting worse. I won't be using it anymore after this. Burt's Bees, PLEASE return to your old formula!

What's the improvement?! June 01, 2012

I have been loyal to burt's shampoos, and other products; yes, they have the New and Improve shampoo...translation: More water added (deluted to a Max), 2 onz. less, more foam yes, but I do not feel it cleans. Comparing to V05, I will go back to good old V05, and a long the way, will save money. I did buy a second bottle of Burts Shampoo, I took it back to the store for a refund. Sorry, your improvements=lost a loyal client.

Do Not Want! May 27, 2012

The only reason I purchased this new formula was because the old one was not available, so I thought I'd try it... Got it home washed my hair with it twice to give it a chance... First off, Can't stand the smell, kinda reminds me of rancid Kool-Aid, second, it's very watery and 2 oz. less than the previous formula. Over all I do not like this product and took it right back to wench it came! BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA THAT WE ALL LOVED!
