I absolutely love these! Usually, my color rubs off or the smells are too stong when I use any lip cares, but not this one. I have these in three different shades because I love them so much! The color stays on for four or five hours. Plus, the minty smell is the perfect pick-me-up for slow, tired days. Everyone should buy one, their totally worth it.

I was looking for something other than a heavy lipstick and decided to try Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers. I purchased 2 colors. I love them, so ordered several other colors. Looks nice and makes my lips feel good. Stays on too.

I am so grateful for Burt's Bees! Out of the many products I am obsessed with from this brand, the Lip Shimmer in Nutmeg is one of the them! The little color swatch on the website is midleading- the shade is actually a beautiful coral. I am so glad I found this shade, please never discontinue it! It is perfect in every way- perfect tone, size, texture, ingredients, and VALUE. Thanks Burt's for allowing the switch to paraben-free cosmetics to be easy! We end up eating lip products inadvertently anyway, they should be natural!

Great pick-me-up and lipstick substitute! June 29, 2010
When I want to feel pretty but not go the whole nine yards, I just swipe one of these across my lips. Not only do they tingle like the original lip balm, but the color goes on well, too. The only one I've had problems with is Papaya...for some reason, that one goes on very unevenly and is hard to blend. I've used Watermelon, Fig (love!), Rhubarb (love, too!), Raisin, Merlot, Papaya, Nutmeg, Champagne, and Radiance.
