I used this on my husbands elbow and it really helped. The fragrance was not overpowering and it helped to relax the muscle so he could work.

The Muscle Mend is amazing! I've used it for a sore shoulder and the day after a really long run. It helped to soothe away the pain! You only need a small amount for it to work, so it's a great value. I've already been recommending it to friends and family!
