Definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made from burt's bee's. I was a little skeptical about this muscle mend from reading the description but decided to try it anyway. After all it was natural ( : Best muscle relief anywhere, period. You get this great cooling sensation right after application that soothes away pain and soreness. I use it on my arm after pitching in softball and competitive swimming. Must have for athletes and anyone else suffering from muscle pain.

You won't believe the way this works until you try it. It's quite hard to describe the sensation with the cooling it brings to your sore body part. I know that sounds weird but it does certainly help the body repair with the extra circulation that must take place.

Soothes sore muscles while smelling good. June 29, 2010
The muscle balm works great at soothing my aches and pains. It has more of a cooling sensation than a hot one like other brands. Its not a liquid so it takes a little more effort to apply but there's less chance of waste here. You can smell the menthol which doesn't bother me at all. The balm works at soothing muscle pains and does so while smelling good. What more can you want.

I love massages already, but this stuff makes them even better. Relieves sore muscles with therapeutic scent and a gentle tingle that helps relax.
