Why Did You Change?!?! October 17, 2010

This stuff is NOT the other "Naturally Nourishing Milk and Honey" body lotion--it doesn't even smell good! I am sorely disappointed with my purchase and was told that the ORIGINAL blend was being discontinued. For shame--the "new and improved" version makes my skin ITCH! Bad choice for me. Don't FIX what isn't BROKEN!

New & RUINED!!!! October 16, 2010

You cannot improve perfection! You ruined THE perfect lotion!!! Bring the old formula back... PLEEEASE!!! The old smell was wonderful. Everyone compliments me on how good I smell in the OLD formula. NO ONE compliments me in the NEW formula. The OLD formula leaves me SOFT & hydrated head-to-toe all day long. The NEW formula leaves me GREASY on the few spots I have tried it... until I wash it off with soap & water. The OLD milke & honey lotion is the ONLY moisturizer I have used for years. I have purchased all I can find. When I run out of it I will have to find a NEW brand :( I'm one very sad Burt's Bees customer... BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK!!!!!

New and NOT improved October 14, 2010

I love the original. This new formula smells awful. Also, it's a shame BB had to change their aesthetic label to fit all the other sterile looking brands on the shelves. Please bring the original formula back! I don't think I can tolerate the smell of the new sludge!

Poor Substitute October 14, 2010

I've used the original milk and honey lotion for ages almost every day. LOVE IT. They've stopped carrying it in our area in favor of this formula. It's the consistency of toothpaste. Not in a good way. The scent I love is still there but I really, really dislike the texture. ICK.
