Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

I love making smoothies on a regular basis, not only because they are super easy to make but also because you can add pretty much anything to them. Most often than not I like to have them for breakfast but sometimes I also consume them after working out or even as a snack. This banana peanut butter smoothie is a great contender for an after workout drink, full of protein — and it tastes just like a milk shake!

Have you tried to make your own smoothies instead of purchasing them at the store? Smoothies tend to be quite costly and ingredient quality lacks sometimes. I feel much better when I can make my own and control what goes in. This banana peanut butter smoothie is the prime example.

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe


 

Ingredients

• 2 bananas
• 4–5 cups almond milk
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 scoops Burt’s Bees Protein + Healthy Radiance - Vanilla
• 1/2 cup rolled oats, gluten free

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in your blender and pulse until you obtain a homogenous mixture.
2. Serve immediately.
