With out a doubt the best ever!I've been using this product for a few years now and I have to say it's by far the best shaving cream I've ever used. I "too" know shaving creams and a cream is NOT supposed to foam up. It does exactly as it says, it's a cream. I've used the leading Gels and foams since I was in high school (I'm 38) and I always had irritation. Once going to Burt's Bees that was a thing of the past. I've run out before and tried to go back to the gels and foams and paid the price dearly with my face. Don't settle for anything less than this product. Good going guys, keep up the great work.

Best Shave creamThis is the best shave cream I have ever used on my face. I have sensitive skin and get razor burn and bumps really bad. I DO NOT get that when I use Burt's Bees shave cream. I have tried many shave products and have not found any that give me a nice clean shave and that don't hurt my face when shaving. I got that all with Burt's Bees shave cream. Clean shave no razor burn or bumps and it smells good. I will never use any other shave product on face but Burts Bees shave cream. They used to carry it at Target but for some reason they no longer have it , looks like I will be buying it off Burt's Bees web site.

Silky shave! After recently running low on toiletries, I decided it was time to explore the rest of our new natural/organic grocery store. I was amazed at their Burt's Bees collection, it certainly outstripped the Walmarts and Uniteds around here. Fortunately I ran across some of this shave cream stashed at the bottom and thought I'd give it a try. It is absolutely fantastic! It may be for men, but it has surpassed all the shaving creams I've ever used before. I will definitely be buying it again.
P.S. Just because it doesn't lather doesn't mean it's not working!

Worst Shave Cream I've Ever UsedI know something about shave cream. A good cream should foam-up, support the whisker to make it easier to cut and lubricate the face so that the blade cuts smoothly without irritating the skin. THIS PRODUCT DID NONE OF THIS. It did not foam-up, did not lubricate, was heavy and somewhat greasy. Did not facilitate a smooth, close shave and left my face very irritated. Rather than lubricate the razor, I felt that it was a little sticky. By far, the worst shave cream I have ever used. There are many other better products out there in the marketplace.

totally works for mei can't think offhand of any more fundamental reason to use natural products than to avoid putting corporate chemical brews into your bloodstream after you've exposed it by cutting your skin, in this case by shaving. what could be sweeter, then, than to use BB shave cream & aftershave and avoid the christmas rush? this stuff is great; it effectively lubricates for a smooth shave, it smells good, and it soothes the skin in its own right, even before you get to the aftershave. new users may need time to become accustomed to the lack of foam and volume we expect from traditional creams, but persistence and good sense will make the light shine; this stuff works & it's simply a better way to go when you're trying to take better care of yourself. thanks again, burt's bees.
Does your shaving cream work with a shaving brush?
On the Burt's Bees shaving cream tube (and your website) it states: "Wet skin; apply cream to area to be shaved. Rinse." It does not mention whether or not the cream can be used with a brush, or is meant to be applied by hand only. A number of folks online have tried to use your cream with a brush and got very poor results. Is your shaving cream intended to be used with a shaving brush? If not, then you might want to note that in the instructions printed on the tube.
