Love the exfoliationI was a little at odds with the sandpaper-ish feel of this balm going on my lips until I figured out how it kept my lips from getting dry or peeling. I generously apply this balm in circles to exfoliate a couple times a day, and wipe away the crystals before I apply my favorite lipstick. My lips stay hydrated for a long time, and my lips are always smooth from the exfoliation. Nothing looks worse than dry lips with lipstick! I like that it is matte, and appreciate the dense staying power of the balm. This seems to be one of the only chapsticks I have found that I don't have to put on a million times a day.

DislikeI don't ever write reviews on things, but I am pretty disappointed in this product. I always have a Burts Bees chapstick type product in my purse, so when I was out I grabbed this one. I think it feels like sandpaper on my lips. I don't think it tastes like anything in particular either. I will go back to the other products. This one was not worth $4 for sure. Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback!

I know nothing about skin care/make upI think (please understand I could be totally wrong) that this 1st, exfoliates and scrubs. I find this great. I have tried other lip scrubs both purchased and diy, and failed miserably. Either they were too hardcore and hurt my lips, and even made them bleed a couple times, or they did nothing, I had flesh bits that made lipstick unwearable. Second, it has a nice moisturizing aspect to it as well, not as much as say, Burt's coconut pear lip balm (which if you've tried putting lipstick on top of that juicy goodness, well, it kind of flows every where) but it's closer to the original formula with out the "sting" my young daughters complain about (they prefer the coconut or pomegranate formulas). The scrub doesn't lacerate your lips and the moisturizer soothes them to the point where you aren't required to immediately slather them with any other product. I have used it as regular lip balm to no ill effect and no need for additional products, my lips are clean, supple, and soft. Cool beans!
