Can I cancel, change, return or exchange an order?

We hope you love every Burt’s Bees product you purchase. We believe in the quality that nature gives our products and the enriching care they bring to our customers’ lives. So, if you’re not 100% satisfied with a purchase you’ve made with us on BurtsBees.com, you can get a hassle-free refund. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at 800-849-7112, press 1 or send us a message on our Contact Us Page within 30 days of your order ship date and we’ll refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.) 

In-Store Purchases and Online Purchases from Other Retailers: If you purchase a Burt’s Bees product from a retail store or an online Marketplace, you should refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly for specific information.

BurtsBees.com Purchases: Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for purchases through BurtsBees.com. This includes featured specials, outlet items and discontinued items. Please also note that we assemble pre-packaged gifts and kits individually, so they may vary slightly. Every product purchase from BurtsBees.com is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Reselling Products: It’s important to note that Burt’s Bees customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.

Damaged Items

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-849-7112, press 1 or send us a message on our Contact Us Page. To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit. 

Shipping Errors
