Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday.

    You will normally receive your order within 3-5 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the shipping carrier's website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Burt's Bees is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Burtsbees.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Burt’s Bees products are intended for end use in the United States. Products sold for end use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. Burt’s Bees strictly prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States. Burt’s Bees reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Tracking Your Shipment

Burt's Bees is not liable for any lost shipments. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with the carrier.
