Shop on burtsbees.com and enter your gift card information at checkout to redeem. Gift cards can only be redeemed via our US website: burtsbees.com

Can my gift card be used to purchase Burt’s Bees products in a brick and mortar store or other online retailer?

No, the gift card can only be used to shop at burtsbees.com.

Do I have to spend the exact amount of my gift card at once?

No, you can reuse the gift card until the remaining balance runs out.

Can I check the balance of the gift card?

You can check a gift card balance in your burtsbees.com account profile by entering the gift card number or viewing one saved to your account. To create an account, please visit: burtsbees.com/create-account.

How will my gift card be sent?

It will be sent via email to the recipient specified during purchase.

How long does it take to receive the gift card once purchased? 

Your gift card is sent via email within 24 hours and can be used to shop at burtsbees.com.  

Can I return a gift card?

No, Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Will I be charged any fees if I don't use my gift card for an extended period of time?

No, there are no fees associated with having balance on your gift card.

Do gift cards expire?

No, gift cards do not expire.

What if I lose my gift card?

Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the recipient as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
