How do I enable Spanish characters in my message or name?

You will have to have Spanish characters enabled on whatever keyboard you’re using to create your Personalized Lip Balm. Once that’s done, you’re ready to personalize!

Is there anything I can’t put on a balm label?

We appreciate the creativity our customers bring to personalizing our Lip Balms. However, we have certain guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. Personalization must not contain content that could be considered offensive, illegal, obscene, profane, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or hateful. Additionally, we do not accept content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including third-party brand names, logos, or celebrity names. To maintain an inclusive experience for all customers, we also may avoid sensitive or divisive topics. We reserve the right to reject any personalization orders that do not comply with these guidelines.
